Technical Field Support Specialist

The company accelerates the business of clients worldwide, with modular, flexible and scalable technology enabling next-gen payments, payout options, card issuing, banking, risk and fraud management services.
This position involves traveling to client sites, providing technical and training support for EFTPOS terminals.
Responsibilities:- Install, upgrade, replace and de-install EFTPOS terminals at merchant sites
- Provide on-site training to merchants
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
- Offer merchant support, field tech support, terminal moves & changes
- Coordinate terminal rollouts
- Manage stock levels
- Prepare and check terminal configurations pre-roll out and install
- Assist in managing assets, and arrange terminal returns to head office or third party vendors
- Customer support experience, and an ability to inspire confidence in customers
- Computer or Point of Sale (POS) troubleshooting experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- PC or EFTPOS installation/repair experience
- Able to multitask and manage competing demands on time
- A current Australian driver's license is essential
