About us

We are an Australian owned and family operated business based in Melbourne Victoria, supplying EFTPOS Field Support to three of Australia's largest banks. Covering Melbourne CBD, Inner East, North, Northeast, Northwest, West, Southwestern and Regional Victoria

We currently have subcontract opportunities available. The successful candidates must have a registered ACN, reliable vehicle, business insurance and current model smart phone. Services are remunerated on a per job basis.

If you are self-motivated, highly organized, can work efficiently on your own and have a strong work ethic then this is the role for you.

You will be assigned a cluster to minimize travel across each day.

About the role

As a Field Technician, you will manage:

· Installing, Upgrading, swap outs and PC Intergrade systems and picking up terminals from businesses

· Meetings SLA/KPI

· Providing on-site training to merchants and staff. 

· Providing superior technical analysis and customer service. 

Full training will be provided to the right candidates.

Most be available to do weekend work on call.

This is a rare opportunity in a highly sought industry.
