As a pivotal member of our organization, the Key Growth Professional will be responsible for driving business expansion and fortifying relationships with existing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic growth plans across diverse sectors.
- Drive sales growth through targeted account acquisition, leveraging market insights and sector expertise.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers in distribution markets to enhance engagement and retention.
- Regularly assess customer needs and our performance to meet operational targets.
- Support marketing initiatives and new product launches to secure targeted accounts within established pricing guidelines.
- Monitor competitor activity and develop strategic responses to protect market share.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to advance business opportunities.
- Lead tender preparation and presentation processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Oversee implementation of customer training and education programs with the team.
- Set and manage daily, weekly, and annual sales objectives to maximize customer engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM platforms.
- Submit monthly performance reports to management, including KPI tracking, upcoming plans, and review of previous targets and outcomes.
- 5 years of proven experience in business development, with a strong track record of building and nurturing lasting customer relationships.
- Skilled negotiator with strong business acumen.
- Committed to personal growth and organizational goals.
- Proactive in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Willing to travel as required.
- Proficient in MS Office & CRM (e.g. Salesforce).
- Energetic, positive, and relationship-focused.
- Team-oriented with clear goal execution.
