We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to join our Diversified and Specialist Industries (DSI) – Property & Health team.

As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property (development & investment) & health customers, working closely with the Senior Relationship Manager to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

You will have a deep understanding of the property industry trends, drivers, and key customer success indicators. You will also have strong relationship management skills, able to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a background in portfolio management, credit analysis, and customer solutions. You will be able to assess customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors.

You will also have excellent data interpretation and analysis skills, able to collect, profile, and analyse data to translate into meaningful insights to problem solve and/or inform business or customer decisions.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of property (development & investment) & health customers
  • Work closely with the Senior Relationship Manager to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer business and financial needs
  • Assess customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations
  • Provide solution towards account maintenance and simple customer requests
  • Support the Senior Relationship Manager with management of a portfolio of Property (development & investment) & Health customers

**Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, credit analysis, or customer solutions
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent data interpretation and analysis skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
