About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager or highly accomplished Account Executive to join our team in Sydney CBD. As a key player in our brokerage, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are comprehensively met.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage a substantial client portfolio, delivering outstanding service and meeting insurance requirements.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and colleagues to drive business growth and mutual satisfaction.
  • Take the lead in mentoring an account executive, assisting in managing the business portfolio and developing client networks.
  • Organize and lead renewal and new business meetings, addressing specific insurance requirements for each client.
  • Provide risk management advice and comprehensive insurance knowledge to clients.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all clients, supporting and driving new business opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date industry/market trends knowledge and stay informed about best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managing client portfolios, with a proven track record of success.
  • Tier 1 insurance qualification, demonstrating expertise in commercial insurance lines.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client service excellence.
