Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality service by managing clients' insurance needs and objectives. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the best possible solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market or corporate clients to deliver high-quality service and meet their insurance needs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate revenue growth through client management and acquisition.
  • Train and mentor junior brokers within your team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain excellent communication and relationship-building skills to present to C-suite executives and managers.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience servicing a portfolio of mid-market or corporate clients. Leadership experience and the ability to train and mentor a team are also essential. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as Tier 1 qualifications.

Benefits:
As a Senior Insurance Portfolio Manager at Kennedy Reid, you can expect a competitive salary range between $170k-$190k, plus superannuation and new business incentives.
