We are seeking a passionate individual to drive customer experience (CX) improvements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI-powered experience measurement, project management, and strategy development.
The selected professional will be responsible for developing and implementing Voice of Customer (VoC) uplift strategies, managing VoC projects to align with the target service model, designing the VoC program to meet future fund architecture and data requirements, transitioning surveys to a new Contact Centre provider, evaluating business value through proof-of-concepts, contributing functional expertise and leadership skills to cross-Fund initiatives, developing engagement strategies and collaborating with internal departments, supporting departments on best practices for EX and CX measurement, and driving evidence-based decision making.
