Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our digital journey.

This is an opportunity to work in a cross-functional environment, responsible for enhancing the digital entry point to our quote and buy journeys.

Main Responsibilities

  • Improve the online customer experience by optimising the digital journey from landing to quote initiation, with a strong focus on driving quote starts and contributing to business growth.
  • Manage the digital backlog, prioritising initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and data-driven insights.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative inputs (analytics, heatmaps, customer research, A/B tests) to define, validate, and iterate on digital product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and fellow product specialists to align on roadmaps and bring initiatives to life.
  • Act as a bridge between product and technology, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and keeping customer experience at the heart of every decision.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years' experience as a Digital Product Analyst or Product Manager, preferably in customer-facing websites or digital journeys.
  • A proven track record of applying agile and lean principles to initiative identification, delivery, and optimisation.
  • Advanced data literacy - ability to interpret web analytics, run A/B tests, and generate compelling, actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and align across teams.
