Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving customer retention strategies across various channels, fostering a seamless experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to develop compelling offers that resonate with local audiences, leveraging data-driven insights to inform campaign growth. Your analytical prowess will enable you to craft engaging communications that elevate the customer experience.

Your focus will be on designing campaigns that cater to the needs of the local market, contributing significantly to business success. You will be responsible for researching relevant content, sourcing it effectively, and monitoring the results of email/SMS campaigns.

We are seeking a meticulous marketer fluent in Indonesian and English, with a passion for sports and gaming. Experience working with creative teams and proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira is highly desirable.

Bonus points if you have familiarity with EDM and other CRM marketing tools, knowledge of sports and related industries, and cryptocurrency knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all Indonesian-based communication and content to enhance customer experience and stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Recommend and develop optimal plans for campaign delivery, format, and platform to drive profitability and create action plans where necessary.
  • Enhance customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and implement relevant CRM strategy in the Indonesian market.
