Job Title: Club Support Officer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced support professional to join our team and contribute to our club support activities. As a key member of our member engagement team, you will be responsible for supporting volunteer life saving clubs, committees, and members.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build Clubs' independence by increasing their administrative capabilities and reviewing methods/processes for regular improvement of leadership and development processes
  • Identify and troubleshoot key issues, capability constraints, and areas of improvement, participating in needs analysis and research to determine requirements of Clubs
  • Provide exceptional customer support through regular face-to-face and phone engagement with key stakeholders, including Club Presidents, committees, and administrators
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong administration skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  • An ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • A proven track record in providing exceptional customer service or club development experience
