Drive customer excellence by fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional experiences. As a trusted advisor, you'll assist clients with product adoption and optimization, contributing to increased retention and reduced churn.

Understanding client goals and challenges, you'll provide tailored solutions and recommendations to drive value realization. Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build client partnerships and deliver customized solutions to drive value realization.
  2. Develop Success Plans in partnership with clients and influence client outcomes.
  3. Gain a technical understanding of the core product suite and assist clients with adoption and feature utilization.
  4. Advise clients on threat management through applications and integrations.
  5. Set a vision for your client base and proactively own your book of business.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an optimal client experience.
  7. Provide insights and feedback to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a software or technology company.
  2. Excellent client, partner, and market orientation in software and subscription services.
  3. Experience developing and executing Success Plans and influencing client outcomes.
  4. Technically savvy with analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
  5. Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  6. Experience partnering with multiple levels of client stakeholders.
