Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Global Client Partnership Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key business clients, creating strategies to maximize revenue growth, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive client engagement plans to drive revenue growth and improve client retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients, including regular communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Provide timely and accurate issue resolution and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
