Chief Partnership Specialist

This entry-level position is part of the Partnerships and Growth team, where you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives. Your tasks will include providing support in guiding account direction and strategy, ensuring the right people, processes, and workflows are set up from creative direction through delivery and review.
- Administrative support: Assist the day-to-day administration of the GM Partnerships & Growth, Head of Partnerships, and wider team.
- Partnership Account Management: Assist the management of partner projects and deliverables across a partner lifecycle from pitching, contracting, budgeting, onboarding, internally briefing and handovers, reconciliation, project review, renewal, and account growth.
About You:
We're looking for a couple of years into your career, with a strong desire to lay solid foundations for and grow your career in account management and partnerships in an agency environment. You should be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to demonstrate your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Strong organisational, admin, and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Flexibility and adaptability are also crucial in this role.
Absorbent and professional presentation experience or operational expertise would be a bonus.
