Overview

We are seeking a talented professional to join our property and landlord insurance team. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and external clients.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of landlords and domestic clients' insurance requirements and placements. They will develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on insurance products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team responsible for servicing clients and delivering exceptional service.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective risk management strategies.
  • Oversee the policy renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and negotiate terms with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in insurance or related field
  • Experience within the insurance industry, with a focus on landlords and domestic clients
  • Prior experience managing a small team
  • Strong knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
