
Divisional Administrator

A highly skilled and experienced Divisional Administration Officer is required to provide high-level administrative support to Divisional Management.
The successful candidate will have effective time management skills to coordinate appointments, manage diaries/schedules, and work autonomously in a multi-disciplinary team with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level administrative support to senior managers and divisional committees
- Act as personal assistant to senior management personnel
- Deliver support services to various stakeholders, including human resources, business operations, and administrative services
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must possess:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience providing administrative support to senior managers in a complex setting
- Proficiency in transcribing, proofreading, minute taking, and editing of documents to meet professional standards
