Administrative Claims Specialist

The primary function of this role is to oversee and administer new claims, ensuring seamless communication with clients and other stakeholders.
This position involves handling a variety of tasks, including technical claims administration, gathering information, preparing correspondence, calculating settlements and processing payments.
Additionally, the successful candidate will assist the divisional manager in the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of claims data.
Key responsibilities also include identifying opportunities for recovery and monitoring outstanding claims to ensure timely settlement.
Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential in building strong relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.

- Understanding of policy wordings and covers.
- Capacity to recognize trends and anomalies in claims data.
