
Professional Claims Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Claims Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing superior claims service to clients, utilizing external providers and working collaboratively with colleagues.
- Manage and administer new claims, including liaising with customers and other parties.
- Undertake technical claims administration tasks such as gathering information, claims determination, preparing correspondence, calculating settlements and processing payments.
- Support the Divisional Manager in preparing, monitoring and analyzing claims data.
- Identify opportunities for recovery and take action accordingly.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, decision-making abilities and be able to work effectively within a team environment.
