Job Description:

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a high-volume environment, utilising exceptional organisational and administration skills.

The successful candidate will coordinate prospective graduate research student enquiries and provide support with operational tasks including facilitating application processing, liaising with applicants and Faculty staff to ensure information flow and undertaking data entry.

As a key member of the team, you will be required to:

  • Deliver excellent customer service, providing timely responses to applicant queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Utilise well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Work effectively within a team, contributing to the achievement of divisional goals and objectives.
  • Manage competing priorities and deadlines, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • A strong background in administration, preferably within a university environment.
  • High level computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret policies and procedures.
