About the team and role

Our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) division guides and amplifies Bendigo Bank's story to our people, customers, communities and shareholders. This permanent full-time position provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the leadership team, with core tasks including:

  • Organising meetings, workshops and events
  • Managing document control, information tracking and action monitoring
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring staff feedback and engagement
  • Maintaining the BMC SharePoint site
  • Assisting with divisional planning activities
  • Supporting team communication initiatives
  • Acting as a key contact point for team members
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the leadership team
  • Ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the BCM leadership
What you'll bring to the role
  • Proven experience in a similar coordination or administrative role, ideally within a marketing or communications environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with event planning and management

Location and work arrangement

This role can be based in Adelaide, Bendigo, Sydney or Melbourne. We offer flexible work options with a hybrid model and a minimum requirement of 60% in the office per week.
