We are seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Leader to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our customer experience. This is a strategic opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering change and a deep understanding of what drives exceptional guest experiences.

The Role

This is a brand new role, created to help us transform the customer experience for our guests. As Guest Experience Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Using your expertise to identify opportunities to improve and drive meaningful change across our operations.
  • Overseeing the guest experience across our business by partnering with leaders to develop and implement strategies that deliver exceptional results.
  • Improving our documentation and reporting of guest complaints, ensuring accountability and timely resolution through enhanced response and service recovery protocols.
  • Facilitating the collection of ideas from our teams, overseeing reported defects/frictions, and working with relevant teams to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and policies in relation to Responsible Service of Gaming, including training, and the Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a customer service obsession, a high degree of energy and passion, and:

  • A background in the hospitality industry with a diverse range of experience.
  • A strong focus on guest service and knowledge of organizational culture strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage audiences of both operational and management staff members.
  • The ability to effectively manage various stakeholder relationships across levels of operational and executive management.
  • An action-oriented and practical mindset to driving change and ensuring consistent guest service delivery.
