Program Manager for Customer Growth

As a Program Manager at Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and innovation in our customer programs. We are currently seeking a seasoned product professional to lead our Subscribe & Save and Everyday Essentials programs in Australia.

The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology. They will be responsible for developing and executing a roadmap of initiatives to grow the program, including customer acquisition and retention, selection expansion, customer experience, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Be commercially savvy and have excellent business judgment
  • Develop, prioritise and execute a roadmap of initiatives to grow the program
  • Uncover best practice through Amazon's global network to deliver value for Australian customers
  • Possess strong project management skills and hold your program stakeholders accountable to high standards

A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, with an MBA, PhD or equivalent being preferred. You will also need to have working knowledge of SQL and/or databases, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
