Program Lead for Customer Experience Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Product Manager to lead our Subscribe & Save program in Australia.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of product or program management experience, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven initiatives that exceed customer expectations.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a roadmap of initiatives to grow the program, including customer acquisition and retention, selection expansion, customer experience, and operational excellence.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with global teams across tech and non-tech to drive innovation and excellence.
You will possess strong project management skills, hold your stakeholders accountable to high standards, and bring robust analytical skills to inform data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, prioritize, and execute a roadmap of initiatives to grow the program.
- Be commercially savvy and have excellent business judgment.
- Be passionate about the customer experience and deliver innovative enhancements on their behalf.
- Build relationships with and influence global teams across both tech and non-tech.
- Possess strong project management skills and hold your program stakeholders accountable to high standards.
- Bring robust analytical skills, and a deep curiosity about how things work.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience in a technology environment favorable, as well as background in product and/or program management
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or databases
- MBA, PhD, or equivalent
- Tenacity to develop ideas independently, balance business needs and customer expectations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse local and global stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use data to inform decisions; superior analytical skills including advanced Excel capability
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Ability to execute large projects from start to finish
- Capacity to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes
