Finance Transformation Professional

We are seeking a skilled Finance Transformation Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in delivering strategic finance solutions to leading Australian organisations and CFOs.

Your primary responsibility will be to design future-state operating models, implement cutting-edge technology, and improve data-driven decision-making across core finance functions such as Record-to-Report, FP&A, and Procure-to-Pay.

You will work closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to enable digital finance solutions through hands-on involvement in system implementations and initiatives involving RPA, AI, and finance data strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support assessments, process mapping, and business case development for finance transformation projects.
  • Contribute to the delivery of impactful finance transformation projects by working on operating model design and implementation.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and support business development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in finance, consulting, or transformation roles within professional services or industry. They should possess a strong understanding of finance processes and hands-on experience with finance system implementations.

A relevant degree and qualifications such as CA, CPA, or progress towards preferred would be advantageous. We encourage applications from individuals who demonstrate aptitude, attitude, and a willingness to learn.
