Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Finance Transformation team, working with clients across Australia.

The role involves supporting finance transformation engagements across EPM solutions, including planning, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, and integration of AI in finance. You will work with a positive and collaborative team, managing cross-functional teams and leveraging your leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing Strategic Insights: Support decision-making across the finance operating model.
  • Delivering End-to-End EPM Engagements: Technical build and deployment.
  • Leading Day-to-Day Activities: Manage large teams and identify risks and issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in financial accounting, finance operations, shared services, financial planning & analysis, and accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
  • Core finance process and finance operating model knowledge and experience.
