Financial leadership is crucial to the success of our organisation. We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Strategy and Operations Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive finance transformation program.

This key role will drive individual work streams efficiently and effectively, ensuring the adoption of change and realising benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the finance transformation program roadmap and fostering a culture of continuous improvements and adaptability within the finance team.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the finance transformation program roadmap;

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the finance team;

Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive successful program outcomes;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Professional qualification (CPA, CA, CIMA) is highly desirable;
  • 8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a role driving transformational initiatives;
  • Experience with project management tools, such as ClickUp, Whiteboard, Lucidchart;
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Energy, enthusiasm, commitment, and the ability to earn the respect and trust of colleagues and stakeholders;
  • Sound judgement and the ability to be agile to solve complex problems with a strategic lens;
