Key Responsibilities
  • Leading divisional budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles
  • Overseeing month-end reporting with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and speed
  • Creating and delivering performance packs to executive and finance leadership
  • Monitoring project delivery, capex spend, and milestone outcomes
  • Supporting bid and tender processes with financial modeling and commercial review
  • Building data-led insights through dashboards and scenario analysis
  • Identifying process gaps and championing continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements

A commercially focused finance professional with technical depth and a strong business partnering mindset is required. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in a similar commercial finance or senior business partnering role and is comfortable working in fast-paced operational settings.

Industry exposure in construction, civil, infrastructure, or industrial services is preferred, but not necessary. The successful candidate will have strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and decision-support analysis, as well as experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
