Senior Finance Transformation Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned finance transformation expert to lead complex projects involving digital strategy, process optimization, and future-state operating model design.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with senior finance leaders, drive sustainable change, and deliver measurable outcomes for our clients.

As a key member of our team, you will inspire and guide high-performing teams by mentoring junior consultants and collaborating across service lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement future-ready finance operating models.
  • Support enterprise performance improvement through strategic, operational, and digital finance transformation.
  • Drive technology-led transformation and implement enabling technologies such as ERP, AI, RPA, and Power BI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4–8 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or in-house finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of core finance functions (e.g. FP&A, record-to-report, order-to-cash).
  • Proven ability to lead and influence with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
