Strategic FP&A Transformation Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for transforming FP&A processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and strategic consultations to drive process redesign, data storytelling, and cultural transformation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of your peers, focusing on expertise in tools like Excel, Power BI, and AI.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience as a finance business partner with exposure to complex financial models and data analysis projects.
  • Proven track record of driving transformation and challenging the status quo.
  • Strong working knowledge of tools such as VBA, SQL, Power BI, and Power Query.
