Strategic Initiatives and Delivery Leader Position

This role involves driving business transformation, leading strategic initiatives, managing stakeholder engagement, overseeing delivery across a comprehensive change portfolio, and leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive business transformation and lead strategic initiatives, providing hands-on contributions and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and global colleagues.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement throughout the initiative lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, alignment on project goals, and timely progress updates.
  • Oversee delivery across a comprehensive change portfolio, setting milestones, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks to ensure projects meet organizational objectives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, representing the organization locally and globally to foster positive outcomes and a culture of accountability.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Project Management, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in investment or asset management, with a strong background in investment operations, management, or data management.
  • Proven experience leading strategic and transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and quality.
