Strategic Finance Leader

We are seeking a commercially minded and strategic finance leader to join our team.
This role is ideal for a finance professional with proven experience leading end-to-end financial management while driving growth, transformation, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the division's financial strategy, planning, and reporting functions
- Represent the division at senior executive forums
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly financials and insights to enable strategic decision-making
- Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve margin
- Oversee compliance, tax, audit, and risk, ensuring robust financial governance
- Mentor, develop, and lead a finance team through continuous improvement and capability-building
- Candidate must be CA/CPA qualified
- Must have 5+ years' experience in a senior finance leadership role
- Proven experience leading finance in a multi-entity, commercial environment
- Strong commercial acumen – confident advising on strategy and pricing
- Adept at navigating complexity and influencing at executive levels
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, development-focused management style
