Job Description

We are seeking a professional to lead the Front Office operations and create unforgettable guest moments.

The ideal candidate will be an active leader in the lobby, managing all aspects of Front Office operations including kiosk check-in/out, guest services, lobby flow, guest engagement and luggage support, with shared oversight of Grab & Go.

As part of the pre-opening team, this is an opportunity to shape a new brand from the ground up and gain valuable experience.

This role requires someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a hands-on approach to creating personalized experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Front Office operations, ensuring seamless delivery of guest-led experiences.
  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage to integrate Talk Shop and Grab & Go into the guest journey.
  • Deliver hands-on onboarding and training for a multi-skilled team.
  • Monitor arrivals, departures, and VIPs, using profiles and preferences to personalize service.
  • Proactively resolve guest issues and champion a culture of service recovery.
