We are seeking a Front Office professional to lead and develop our front office team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front office team in providing excellent customer service, promoting business opportunities, processing reservations, assisting guests, and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk. The role also involves working closely with our Hotel Manager on recruitment, appraisals, and team management.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience with front office systems, and a high standard of personal presentation. Previous experience in a Front Office Management or Assistant Front Office Management role is essential, and experience in managing small teams would be advantageous. Industry qualifications and sales experience will be highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will be flexible and available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on business needs. Applications should include a CV, and all applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
