This role involves overseeing the Front Office Team to ensure exceptional guest experiences. In the absence of senior management, leadership responsibilities are assumed. Leading by example when addressing guest requests is key.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support the Front Office Team.
- Assume leadership duties in senior manager's absence.
- Set a positive example when dealing with guest inquiries.
For success in this position, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Front Office role.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or relevant work experience as a substitute.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- High security awareness.
- Results-driven approach to performance and outcomes.
