The Front Office Lead Role:
- Oversee the check in, checkout experience with the Front Office team
- Lead the Front Office & Concierge team in enrolment of hotel loyalty programs
- Effectively communicate with all other departments including maintaining daily reports, and leading operation briefings for the team
- Ensure a memorable experience for all guests, making everyone feel welcome and valued
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Previous experience with property management systems
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong communications and listening skills
- Ability to easily build rapport with team members and guests essential
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Must have First Aid certificate
- Drivers Licence (C Class)
