Front Office Lead

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to lead our Front Office operations at Monarto Safari Resort.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing front office operations to ensure seamless guest service delivery
  • Prioritizing workload and task allocation to drive team success
  • Developing staff skills to enhance hotel performance
  • Engaging with guests to resolve issues or concerns
  • Providing first point of contact for emergency situations

You will be reporting directly to the Front Office Manager and working closely with the team to achieve our goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Duty Manager experience in a hotel setting with a passion for customer service
  • Knowledge of NewBook (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid visa with the right to work in Australia
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
