Drive innovation and growth in the automotive industry by leading our National Apprenticeship Program. As Senior Partner Talent Development, you will design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions to uplift performance and strengthen talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry and a deep understanding of training. They will bring excellent time and project management skills, as well as the ability to build relationships at all levels.
You will play a critical role in building internal capability across our Retail and Commercial Operations. This includes overseeing the compliance management of our enterprise RTO and key learning programs.
About the RoleKey responsibilities include developing and delivering blended learning programs tailored to both technical and enterprise learning pathways. You will lead the end-to-end management of apprenticeship and traineeship programs across Australia.
