Job Title: Senior Intelligence Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Intelligence Strategist to lead our regulatory intelligence team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating high-quality intelligence and analysis to inform our strategic, operational, and tactical planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of data and intelligence specialists to develop and deliver regulatory intelligence products.
  • Provide high-level intelligence analysis on complex issues and identify opportunities, solutions, and strategies to address contentious, long-term, and emergent issues.
  • Establish effective communication systems to ensure stakeholders are consulted and information is disseminated as required.
  • Deliver briefings and other documentation to clearly communicate findings of analysis to influence decision making.
  • Represent the organisation at meetings and forums to provide expert intelligence, analysis, and advice on key regulatory issues.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in engaging with stakeholders in relation to difficult and/or sensitive issues.
  • Excellent research, conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to self-manage multiple competing priorities while working to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including quality assurance ability.
  • Flexibility to work independently and with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong data and regulatory intelligence literacy and reporting skills.
  • Understanding of the role of data, intelligence, and information by modern regulatory agencies.
  • Ability to manage, develop, and lead a team.
