Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of learning and capability programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive review of our agency's capability framework.
  • Align the capability framework with our Learning Management System and integrate it with performance and development processes.
  • Maintain and implement the ACCC Capability Framework.
  • Design a skills taxonomy aligned to our job family framework.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience leading a learning team in a fast-paced organisation.
  • Expertise in learning strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs, and enterprise capability frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models.
