Senior Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Ignite Recruitment.
About the RoleThis 12-month contract position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and guide a small team of officers & coordinators, ensuring the successful implementation of resourcing and costing.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of key strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Lead and facilitate team meetings, ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new hires and effective communication among team members.
- Schedule and organize project meetings and workshops for internal and external stakeholders, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Director to assist in procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Streamline tasks and processes to improve efficiency, leveraging hands-on resource management experience to drive results.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in a leadership or coordination capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with resource management, with a solid understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.
- A competitive salary of AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A 12-month contract with a potential extension option, providing stability and opportunities for growth.
