Job Description

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Financial Process Improvement Specialist to join Asahi Beverages in Finance Officer role. This exciting position offers the chance to drive process excellence and contribute to the company's continued success.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact process improvements initiatives that standardize and optimize the Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Journal Entry Framework. Your analytical prowess and financial acumen will be instrumental in identifying key drivers and root causes of process gaps, driving continuous improvement, and streamlining processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

You will work closely with stakeholders to develop relationships built on mutual trust and accountability, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Finance Analyst roles, particularly in balance sheet reconciliations, and have strong Excel skills to derive actionable insights from data sets. SAP knowledge is essential, while experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Blackline, and Bank Systems administration are highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver process improvement initiatives to standardize and optimize the Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Journal Entry Framework
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to identify process and compliance gaps
  • Develop and improve templates and reports, and communicate findings using dashboards and tools
  • Ensure timely completion of Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Lead and support delivery of continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
  • Set up and maintain users on Bank Account portals
About You
  • Experience in Finance Analyst role working with balance sheet reconciliations
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
  • Ability to work in complex environments with onshore and offshore teams
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to derive usable information from data sets
  • SAP knowledge essential
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics and Blackline highly regarded
  • Knowledge of Bank Systems administration highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting or related field highly preferred
What We Offer

We offer an attractive salary package including a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
