Procurement Role Summary

As a Procurement Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure efficient and effective commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end procurement process including planning, sourcing, negotiating, contracting and supplier lifecycle management
  • Conduct spend analysis, review supplier data, analyze market trends, identify industry benchmarks and prepare reports to inform decision-making
  • Prepare tender packs and onboard suppliers using a procurement platform
  • Lead budget estimations, tender, review purchase bids, negotiate with suppliers and form recommendations for executive leadership
  • Monitor contract performance to drive suppliers to meet contracted SLA's and KPI's
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
  • Experience in property, construction, economics, marketing, legal services or consulting is highly regarded
  • Demonstrated project management and planning capabilities
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills via Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Solution-focused with the ability to problem-solve and present ideas
