Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Outsourced Agreement Manager to oversee the performance of all outsourced agreements and external partner programs across our technology portfolio.

In this critical commercial management role, you will be responsible for determining portfolio requirements, negotiating contract terms, and delivering on vendor management plans to balance value, performance, and risk.

To achieve this, you will engage with senior stakeholders within our organization and its vendor network to understand long-term business goals that can be enabled by third-party relationships. You will also lead the development of new contracts and manage iterations, as well as develop strategies to manage partner service relationships and operationalize frameworks to monitor service agreements.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a Commercial/Business discipline and commercial experience gained within the enterprise and/or APRA regulated environment. They will also possess the ability to manage and lead suppliers at senior management level to deliver high-performing supply chains, as well as stakeholder management skills that ensure clear communication and shared outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a Commercial/Business discipline
