Job Title: Agreements Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to administer head contracts, subcontracts, and variations in a dynamic project management environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing agreements, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards;
  • Assisting with financial control, budgeting, cost reporting, and forecasting;
  • Attending and contributing to client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings;

Qualifications include:

  • Degree in Construction Management or similar;
  • 3-5 years' experience as an Agreements Manager working for a head contractor;
  • Experience working on new build commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects;
  • Strong contract, financial, and stakeholder management skills;
