Job Title: Agreements Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Agreements Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract law, commerce, finance, or a related discipline.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate legal and commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Report on these risks and recommend strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them.
  • Analyze contract documentation and subcontracts.
  • Advise on, review, negotiate, and draft agreements of varying financial and risk materiality.
  • Lead the delivery of services in line with contractual and quality requirements.
  • Engage with clients and partners to deliver contractual documentation.
  • Coordinate technical document delivery to clients.
  • Implement and monitor contract processes and policies.
  • Identify innovative recommendations to drive performance improvement and service delivery.
  • Achieve excellent Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and Environmental performance.
  • Manage licenses to ensure tasks can be delivered by the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Contract Law, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a similar role within a Construction or Infrastructure environment.
  • Extensive experience in construction projects (5 years +), ideally in the electrical sector.
  • Ability to motivate and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sound legal, commercial, and risk management knowledge.
