Commercial Agreements Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join our dynamic team.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in commercial contracts and financial services regulatory requirements to drive business growth and success.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer and supplier contracts.
- Collaborate with the bid and new business teams on tenders and negotiations of contracts.
- Support contract lifecycle management and advise on disputes when they arise.
- Provide independent, commercially relevant legal advice to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure legal/security documentation is properly executed and compliant.
- Requirements:
- A minimum of 3–6 years PQE with relevant legal experience in private practice and/or in-house.
- Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Experience with FSR and privacy legislation is beneficial.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
