Business Agreement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage commercial agreements and support project delivery. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process commercial claims, variations, and extensions of time requests in accordance with established procedures.
  • Develop scopes of work, tender packages, and manage subcontractor procurement and negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate project cost controls, contract registers, and reporting systems.
  • Monitor project costs, forecast expenditure, and report any potential risks or issues.
  • Interpret project specifications and contracts to ensure accurate delivery of works.
