We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Emanate Technology. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for problem-solving, strong customer service skills, and a basic understanding of Windows PC/Mac operating systems.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop. You will assist with basic troubleshooting of workstations, printers, and mobile devices, perform routine monitoring and maintenance of client and internal systems, and manage support tickets to ensure timely responses and effective solutions.

The successful candidate will have experience with general desktop and laptop troubleshooting, familiarity with Office 365 Administration and Active Directory, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of networking fundamentals is beneficial but not essential.
