Key Role: Training Advisor

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a permanent full-time training advisor to join our organization.

The Role:

This position will provide site-wide training support to various teams. The successful applicant will also assist with other HR-related activities as required, such as recruitment or other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training advice to employees and business leaders at all levels.
  • Develop and facilitate group training sessions as needed.
  • Develop, review and update competency documents.
  • Schedule training with external providers, coordinate staff participation and onsite resources for training.
  • Participate in training audits and highlight compliance to standards.
  • Facilitate the induction process.
  • Support the integration of existing records into new systems.
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment and other HR activities as required.

About You:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Training & Assessment essential.
  • Experience developing competency assessment documentation.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources advantageous but not essential.
