**Your new company**
Local government organisation with a hybrid working model in Western Sydney are seeking a temporary L&D Specialist for an initial 6 month assignment but could be extended a little past that.

**Your new role**
- Conduct learning needs analysis of soft and technical competencies working with the Organisational Development Manager.
- Design and deliver blended learning, including some e-learning, instructional design and facilitation aspects.
- Lead the onboarding and induction of new starters ensuring the employee onboarding experience is seamless
- Support the performance management cycle from a process, campaign, system and development process
- Co-ordinate of leadership and talent development programs

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ideally you will have relevant qualifications in areas such as Organisational Development, Adult Learning, Education, Human Resources or similar.
- Must have Cert IV in Training & Assessment.
- Extensive experience across all blended learning aspects of L&D in a diverse organisation.
- Ability to work in a team and to deadlines with a range of software.

**What you'll get in return**
- Minimum 6 month assignment with potential to extend.
- Competitive hourly rate of up to $58 per hour + super.
- Hybrid working on offer (2-3 days in the Western Sydney office per week)
- Close to public transport links.
