Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to help us drive our commitment to workforce development.

">

The successful candidate will have experience in learning and development, including facilitation and delivery of training across various levels. They will be confident public speakers with a good grasp of adult learning principles, sound knowledge of leadership capability frameworks, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A key part of this role will be leading the delivery of our School-Based Traineeship program, acting as a central point of contact for providers and stakeholders while supporting the next generation of industry talent.

You will be passionate about capability development and committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering meaningful and engaging training programs, working closely with department heads and operational teams to identify development needs and support the development of training content.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field, and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).

  • Develop and maintain relationships with department heads and operational teams to identify development needs.">
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning events.">
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.">
